Hello, all. My name is Maggie Kempen, I'm a senior Creative Technology and Design student studying at University of Colorado Boulder.
I'm also a film minor, my passion for the medium of video was something I wanted to pursue outside of my main studies.
During my time at CU I hosted my own radio show, was in an all-female punk band that toured the state and opened for touring acts, and focused my studies on the intersection of art and technology.
My main interests revolve around creating art that reflects themes like time, memory and connection to the digital world. I enjoy creating music, film, painting and finding anyway to combine all of these mediums.
My professional interests lie in marketing, branding and social media content; I enjoy finding ways to connect brands with their users in an authentic way.
I hope to balance my personal and professional passions by helping musicians connect better with fans, working in the film industry or cultivating an online space for my work.
